Contains: Fresh Teasel root (Dipsacus sylvestris) and Fresh Solomon Seal root (Polygonatum biflorum) extracted in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.

About: : The herbs in this formula work together to encourage nourishing, restoring and toning the tendons and ligaments.  Supports Kidney essence as it nourishes the yin.  Cooling, soothing and encourages upright chi. Back and joints supported. Use over time for best results. 

Safety Considerations: No safety concerns if using the extract at suggested doses. Can be used for an extended period of time. 

Recommended Dosage: 30-60 drops OR 1/4 - 1/2 tsp, 3-4 times per day in juice or water.

Note: Some people prefer to take small doses (3-5 drops)  2-3 times per day on or under the tongue.
