About: In late May we head out to the forest as a team to gather the strobiles which are filled with golden grains of pollen ~ We spend full days in the spring light and air, and we are literally covered with the bright yellow powder at the end of the day ~ and totally enlivened! It tastes of the forest ~ piney and delicious! The pollen grains of Scots Pine contain a wide range of micro-nutrients that are known to support immune and endocrine function while enhancing metabolism.
