About: Deep green nettle leaves emerge in the warming spring soil; the wild greens harvest begins! Rich in vitamins and minerals, cooked nettles add a zing to soups and infusions ~ building and toning in its role as culinary green or bottled extract. We gather the potent leaves, at times “kissed” by the stinging hairs on the stems, and prepare the extract from these fresh spring leaves.
Recommended Dosage: 30-40 drops, 2-3 times per day in juice or water.
