About: The herbs in this formula are known for their ability to clear specific pathogens which may cause problems in the nasal passages. The concentrate is used in small amounts.
Contains: Organic Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) and organic Yerba Mansa (Anemopsis californica) in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.
Safety considerations: None noted
Recommended Dosage: Dilute 7 drops in Neti-pot with water once a day OR 14 drops in 2 ounces of saline nasal spray. Use 2-3 times per day or as needed to clear nasal passages.

It’s the good stuff
I started using the nasal spray concentrate years ago, after a series of annoying and frequent sinus infections. Now I use this in my Neil Med sinus rinse bottle at the first sign of infection. It has improved my winter sinus situation dramatically. I recommend it to anyone who has sinus issues.
