Muscle Tone Formula


Contains: Scots Pine Pollen (Pinus sylvestris), American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) &  Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosis) in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.

Safety considerations: Some people are sensitive to pine products- seed, pollen, bark, resin and so on. Negative reactions can run from mild allergies to anaphylactic shock. If you have a history of allergies to pollen or severe reactions to bee stings, do not use without consulting your health care practitioner. Adolescents should not take pine pollen.

About: This formula was initially developed by Stephen Buhner when he researched the benefits of Scots Pine Pollen. Over time we have modified the original formula, adding Eleutherococcus and Ashwagandha as additional herbs to support muscle tone. As a restorative tonic to the muscular system, this formula supports healthy tissue development over time.

Recommended Dosage: Men: 30 drops OR 1/4 tsp, 3 times per day in juice or water. Women: 5-7 drops, 3 times per day in juice or water. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources.

I am 76 years old and had been following Stephen Buhner for the last 20 years of his life. He helped cure my Lyme, Bartonella, and Mycoplasma infections with his herbal protocols.His research on pine pollen was invaluable for me on my road to recovery. I have introduce it to both to my personal physician and my thyroid specialist. The Muscle Tone has been exceptionally successful for me as I resumed 3x weekly personal fitness regime, even noticeable to my trainers, as well as increasing my blood testosterone numbers. I haven’t yet supplemented it with Scott Pine Pollen, as it wasn’t necessary. I find it easiest to take it sublingually, not at all difficult to do, and I just feel it is most effective for me. I highly recommended it, and the Scot Pine Pollen.
