About: It is the seeds of this tall thistle whose leaves look like they have had milk spilled upon them, that we use in this extract. The purple-pink fuzzy flower of this plant is lovely and impressive, as is its height. Waiting until the flowers fade and seedpods fill, the brown, slightly bitter, pungent, warming dry seeds are then processed into the extract.
