Contains: Mullein Leaf (Verbascum Thapsus & Verbascum olympicum), Elecampane (Inula helenium), White Pine (Pinus strobus), Usnea (Usnea), Plantain (Plantago Major), & Lobelia (Lobelia Inflata) in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.

Safety considerations: Not to be used during pregnancy and lactation. Avoid if you have a known allergy to plants in the Asteraceae family (daisies, sunflowers, asters). Can be taken long term. 

About: This formula is designed to support the lungs and respiratory tract when environmental conditions challenge the integrity of the lung tissue and the intake of oxygen. This is especially important when particulate matter is in the air from contaminants. 

Recommended Dosage: 30-90 drops OR 1/4 - 1 tsp, 2-3 times per day in juice or water.

Child Dosages: Children under 5: 1/4 adult dosage listed above, 2-3 times per day in juice or water. Children over 5: 1/2 the adult dosage listed above, 2-3 times per day in juice or water.

Helping My Lungs And My Gums

I noticed my gums responding in a positive way when I would take a dropper full of Woodland Essence Lung Defense Formula and started irrigating gum pockets and the area between my teeth with the tincture. The gum pockets are tightening and reducing. What a delight!
