About Greater Celandine: Greater Celandine, aka “Swallowwort” has bright yellow flowers that bloom in May and June- when the swallows return to their northern summer homes. Though a lovely naturalized spring beauty, Celandine is a powerful herbal extract that should only be taken for a limited time, and/or under supervision of a trained health care practitioner.
Safety Considerations: Side effects that are possible if using a high dose of Celandine are: dry mouth, dizziness, digestive discomfort, diarrhea and nausea. Avoid with pregnancy. Caution with prescription drugs.
Recommended Dosage: 10-30 drops, 2-3 times per day - No longer than 30 days!
