About: About: In early autumn the local, wild Elderberries turn a deep purple and if we are lucky, we harvest the bounty of these berries before the birds feast on them all! We prepare a sweet glycerite from the dried berries. Considered a food, Elderberries are high in antioxidants and Vitamin C, nourishing and supporting the respiratory, digestive,
cardiovascular and immune systems. Many families enjoy this tasty elixir when children return to school and through the colder seasons of fall and winter. Safe for children and elderly as well as adults - and so yummy!

Recommended Dosage: 30 drops, 2 times per day in juice or water. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources.

Glycerites are prepared from the original herb extract, which is made with the percentage of organic cane alcohol necessary for proper extraction of the vital components in each herb. We then use a process of evaporation to remove the alcohol and then replace this with certified organic vegetable glycerine to preserve the final product.

We recommend storing glycerites in the refrigerator or a cool, dark place to extend the shelf-life, which is approximately 2 years. These sweet and tasty glycerites can be enjoyed by children and adults who may be alcohol sensitive.
