Ingredients: Organic Dry Alchornea leaf in organic non-GMO Vegetable Glycerin (No palm or Soy) and Apple Cider Vinegar. Contains less than 5% organic Cane Alcohol. 

Percentage of organic non-GMO glycerin used: 30%

Ratio plant to menstruum: 1:5

About: Alchornea cordifolia, also known as Christmas Bush, is an important and widespread evergreen shrub that grows in many African countries where the leaves, stems and roots have traditionally been appreciated for both internal and external support. The herb, rich in anti-oxidants and bioactive Phyto-components including quercetin and rutin, have been used to support the gastrointestinal, respiratory systems, urinary tract and skin.

Recommended Dosage: 10-30 drops OR 1/8-1/4 tsp 2-3 times per day in juice or water. Children under 12 take half the adult dosage. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources.

Glycerites are prepared from the original herb extract, which is made with the percentage of organic cane alcohol necessary for proper extraction of the vital components in each herb. We then use a process of evaporation to remove the alcohol and then replace this with certified organic vegetable glycerine to preserve the final product.

We recommend storing glycerites in the refrigerator or a cool, dark place to extend the shelf-life, which is approximately 2 years. These sweet and tasty glycerites can be enjoyed by children and adults who may be alcohol sensitive.
