About: Kudzu, also known as Japanese arrowroot and is in the pea family. Here is a plant that lives and grows prolifically in the southern states, originally from southeast Asia and Japan; it climbs, coils and trails over anything in its path. Though considered an invasive plant, kudzu does have redeeming properties and the root, high in protein, iron and other nutrients has been used as a thickener in culinary sauces. We source dried organic roots for the extract.
Kudzu root supports cognition and attention, the central nervous system and immune system. Balances inflammation, cytokine response and muscular discomfort; supports the lungs.
Recommended Dosage: 40-60 drops, 3-4 times per day in juice or water.
