Ingredients: Dried Dong Quai root with Rhizome, certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.

Percentage of alcohol used: 60-65%

Ratio plant to menstruum: 1:5

Safety considerations: Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding and Yin deficiency with empty heat. Avoid if you experience heavy menstrual bleeding or fibroids. Use with caution if experiencing diarrhea. Not recommended to use long term unless recommended by your health care practitioner.
