Contains: Elderberries (Sambucus nigra), 7 Mushroom Blend: Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), Cordyceps (C. militaris and C. sinensis), Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Maitake (Grifola frondose), Reishi, aka Ling Zhi (Ganoderma luciidum), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), & Turkey Tails (Trametes versicolor) extracted in certified organic, non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water. Each mushroom is processed as a double extraction before being blended.

About: A delicious blend of beautiful dark purple Elderberries and seven magnificent mushrooms that have traditionally been gathered from the wild (now widely cultivated) and enjoyed for centuries as food (Shiitake, Lions Mane, Maitake) tea or broth (Chaga, Reishi, Cordyceps and Turkey Tails). We have chosen these seven mushrooms for their ability to encourage overall well-being through the seasons. Research shows these fungi have much to offer as a rich source of antioxidants, complex polysaccharides, immunomodulators, beta-glucans, vitamins, fiber and more to support full body systems.
In early autumn the local, wild Elderberries turn a deep purple and if we are lucky, we harvest the bounty of these berries before the birds feast on them all! We prepare a sweet glycerite from the dried berries. Considered a food, Elderberries are high in antioxidants and Vitamin C, nourishing and supporting the respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular and immune systems.
One day last winter I looked at my cabinet filled with extracts and teas that I counted on to keep up my health and wondered if I could somehow combine a few into one formula.
