About: A soothing balm for an unsettled heart. Supports the cardiovascular system, strengthens and quiets a restless heart along with improving overall circulation to and from the heart as well as venous integrity.
Contains: Wild crafted Hawthorn (Crataegus spp), organic Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), organic Skullcap (Scutellaria), organic Linden (Tilia platyphyllos), organic Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), wild crafted Heartsease (viola tricolor) and flower essences in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.
Safety considerations: If you have serious heart disease or are taking cardiac medications, consult a qualified expert before using this product. If you are using pharmaceuticals, please consult with your health care provider before taking herbs.
Recommended Dosage: 30-60 drops OR 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. 2-3 times per day in juice or water. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources.

Over the past few years I have experienced the heart benefits of your amazing Hawthorn. Helps with blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm. I even stopped it for a month to assess its benefits. After 3 weeks restarted it as in that time my pressure rose and heart rhythm acted up. No doesn’t replace seeing my doctor or my blood pressure medication, however, as an adjunct with those it is very evident Hawthorn will always have its uses for me.
