About: We gather the creamy-white blossoms of our local Elder shrubs just as the summer days open. The fragrant flowers carry a soft light that is infused in the finished fresh extract we prepare. Elder blossoms support the nasal passages and eyes, especially during the spring to summer flowering of trees and shrubs. Damp heat conditions that rise with the summer temps may be cooled by the infusion or extract of this delicate flower. The astringent nature of elder also may relieve occasional excess discharge. Overall, Elder blossom is a safe and effective support for all ages at the age-appropriate dosages.
Recommended Dosage: 5-7 drops, 2-4 times per day in juice or water. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources.
