I have ordered this product throughout the years with no problem at all. It was great until this order. When I opened the jar it was oily and runny. I would like my money returned.

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your cream. Because our creams are made with coconut oil and beeswax, it is likely that the heat during shipping affected its consistency.
If you stir the cream and store it in a cooler place, it should return to its proper form. If this does not solve the issue, please email us at office@woodlandessence.com and we will be happy to resolve this for you.

Love this creme. Exactly what I needed for the summer
The best skin care creme. I spend alot of time in the sun. I do not believe in or use sun screen. This product is soothing and replenishing. Thank you Woodland Essence for great products!
This crème is devine. Light and not greasy and it does help with sun exposure.
What a lovely cream! And immediate results. :-) Unlike many other herbal creams, this medicine absorbs right in (no gooeyness, no mess). My skin drinks it up with joy. And my face feels so much better after only a few days of use. And it smells good too. What a sweet product, thank you.
