Contains: Organic Baikal Skullcap, organic Cordyceps (militaris) mycelium & fruiting body, organic Codonopsis (Codonopsis pilosula), organic Honeysuckle (Lonicera periclymenum) flowers, organic Sida (acuta) leaf, organic Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root, organic Bidens (pilosa) leaf and flower, organic Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root, and organic Red Ginseng (Panax ginseng) root in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.
Safety considerations: None noted
Recommended dosage: 120 drops OR 1 tsp in water, 3 times per day in juice or water. For those sensitive to alcohol, one can place 1 tsp of the extract in a cup and cover with ½ cup very hot water. Let stand for 20-30 minutes. (During this time, most of the alcohol will evaporate.)
Children's dosage: Children around 44lbs - 1/3 of the adult dosage. Starting with 1/2 of the 1/3 and working up to the full 1/3, 3 times per day.

I've only been taking Open Breath for under2 weeks and already feel a difference there is less phlegm and mucous. I seem to have Lyme co-infections in my lungs - X-ray showed some COPD-like condition. I was prescribed an inhaler which I stopped using after learning it contains a steroid. I just ordered bigger bottle as it was on sale and I am very impressed as to how fast it seems to be helping. I've been taking it with cordyceps mushroom extract sublingually - I find it tastes very good

Very grateful for Woodland Essence's Open Breath Formula. Thanks to learning about a protocol by Stephen Buhner [RIP], Open Breath has been a family member's go-to help for several years now related to breathing issues due to emphysema. When he ran out of Open Breath one time, he began coughing. When he takes Open Breath regularly there's next to no coughing even when the weather gets so dry during desert springs. My body generates a lot of mucous due to COPD. Open breath helps me to expectorate which makes breathing a lot easier.
