Contains: Organic Baikal Skullcap, organic Cordyceps (militaris) mycelium & fruiting body, organic Codonopsis (Codonopsis pilosula), organic Honeysuckle (Lonicera periclymenum) flowers, organic Sida (acuta) leaf, organic Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root, organic Bidens (pilosa) leaf and flower, organic Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root, and organic Red Ginseng (Panax ginseng) root in certified organic non-GMO cane alcohol and pure Adirondack water.
Safety considerations: None noted
Recommended dosage: 120 drops OR 1 tsp in water, 3 times per day in juice or water. For those sensitive to alcohol, one can place 1 tsp of the extract in a cup and cover with ½ cup very hot water. Let stand for 20-30 minutes. (During this time, most of the alcohol will evaporate.) Recently diagnosed with COPD and refusing any big pharma creations. Open breath does seem to be helping. It’s still a little early for long term affects but I definitely breathe easier and feel better with Open Breath.
