About: Astragalus has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine as an overall tonic. It is often used added to long simmering soups, but can also be used as an extract. It is known to strengthen primary energy.
Recommended Dosage: 30-40 drops OR 1/4 tsp 3 times per day in juice or water. Children under 12 take half the adult dosage.
