Join Our Adventures~

In the workshops we spend most of our time outdoors in the gardens and the woods, fields and wetlands learning from the plants and the environment. Something quite tender happens when we spend this kind of quality time in nature. Our essence is bathed in a sweet silence and an unspoken acceptance that nurtures our souls.

There have been so many stories told, teachings shared, songs sung and friendships begun in this Woodland Circle ~ where many rich memories are woven into the space where people, plants and ideas come together. Please take a look at our workshops below.

Flower Essence Program at White Dove Sanctuary:
Part I (June 21-23 2019) Part II (Summer 2020)

“Health depends on being in harmony with our souls”.

So wrote Dr. Edward Bach almost one hundred years ago. Through his research, personal experience and writings, he introduced the concept of Flower Essence Therapy, using this vibrational modality to help people experience more balance and harmony in their lives. Over the decades, new pioneers in flower essence research have shared their discoveries, and offered new ways of understanding how the shape and form, color and pattern, environment and energetics of each flowering plant can guide us in our growing relationship with nature, along with the flowers in and out of our gardens!

Flower essences are one way to enjoy and embrace the spirit of a plant. In taking an essence, one opens to the particular gifts and healing vibrations of that flower and plant. The healing can occur on any level: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. The essences act as powerful energetic remedies that work on the inner landscape, addressing emotional imprints, freeing one to experience more balance and harmony in one’s life.

In our times together we will explore through experience and sharing:

  • What Flower Essences Are
  • A Brief History of Flower Essences
  • How to Prepare an Essence
  • Plant Journey and Attunement
  • How to Listen and Trust What you “Hear”
  • The Healing Messages contained in Flowers
  • Personality and Illness
  • Working with the Chakras, Endocrine System and Essences
  • Choosing Essences for a moment, or Journey of the Soul
  • Understanding the Effect of the Past on the Present
  • Choosing and Using Flower Essences for People, Pets and the Planet…

        And more!

Kate has been creating, researching, and loving the plants and flower essences of the trees, shrubs and flowers of field, garden, woodlands and wetlands for over 25 years. She has woven them into her family, her herbal practice and her heart, continually being inspired and deeply grateful for the beauty and healing they offer.
It is a joy to invite you to learn more in this Floral journey!
